The story of the pencil

It has been quite sometime since I last 'hangout' at Bangi sect. 4 kumon center while waiting for my son to complete his worksheet of the day...but today he promised to finish quickly, kesian anak mami so I decided to wait, plus I have my girl to accompany me...and it has been very beneficial for I have stumbled upon this very good story...

A grandmother highlighted to her grandchild that she hoped when he grow up, he will be like the pencil she was using. Intrigued, the boy looked at the pencil but thought it was just an ordinary pencil. "That depends on how you look at things" said the grandmother. "It has five qualities which, if you manage to hand on to them, it will make you a person who is always at peace with the world...

First quality: u r capable of great things but you must never forget that there is a hand guiding your steps. We call that had God and He always guides us according to His will.

2nd: now n then, we have to stop writing and use a sharpener. That makes the pencil suffer a little but afterwards he's much sharper. So u too must learn to bear certain pains and sorrows, because they will make you a better person.

3rd: the pencil always allows us to use an eraser to rub our mistakes. This means that correcting something we did is not necessarily a bad thing, it helps to keep us n the road to justice.

4th: what really matters in a pencil is not its wooden exterior but the graphite inside. So always pay attention to what is happening inside you.

Finally: it always leaves a mark. In just the same way, you should know that everything you do in life will leave a mark, so try to be conscious of that in your every action...
